The Pot-bellied Pigs are getting 5 new hutches and we need help getting them painted!
Join us Saturday, September 20th from 1pm - 3pm, to help us paint the new hutches for our pot-bellied pigs.
- Painting experience helpful but not required
- Wear clothing that can get dirty and paint splattered.
- Dress for the weather (layers, layers, layers!), clothes that can and will get wet and dirty.
Sturdy, closed-toed shoes required.
We do have some volunteer snacks and drinks available. We ask that if you bring your own it does not contain any animal products or byproducts out of respect for our animal residents (meat, cheese, egg, honey, etc). A reusable water bottle is a good idea.
Volunteers ages 14-17, require an accompanying adult.
Workdays are open to all! We know not everyone can commit to coming on a regular basis but still want to help out. This is also a great way to come help out alongside fellow volunteers.
